Helpful staff made check-in easy. room had a damp smell.

The room was basic but super clean, and I loved the easy access to food options at the services nearby. The shower had great pressure, and hot water was plentiful—definitely a win after a long day on the road! Plus, it felt like they were family, no complaints.

Outdated facilities need serious refurbishment!!! Noise issues from neighboring rooms and the motorway disrupts the peace!!! Insufficient power outlets and an unreliable heating system contribute to an uncomfortable experience!!!

Enjoyed a cozy night as a couple. The room was clean, and the fridge was a delightful touch on a warm day! Loved the dog-friendly setup and nearby green spaces. Remember, additional drinks are available at reception, great for a quick refreshment.

the hotel was nice n welcoming, really liked katie at the reception, she was super friendly and helpful. fixed our issues really quick, made us feel at home. room was clean n had all the basic stuff we needed. Good value for the price!

Had a nice double room with clean sheets and fresh towels. The shower was powerful, and the bed was super comfy. Free tea and coffee making facilities were a plus. Staff were friendly and provided good local tips. Handy parking right outside and close to a petrol station with food options like KFC and Burger King.

So here's the thing, the staff were genuinely fantastic, always ready to help, which made a stressful situation, you know, bearable. My kids were a bit rowdy after a long drive and the receptionist went out of her way to provide us with extra towels and snacks. My recent stay was enjoyable, thanks to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help with our needs. The room was spacious and clean, with ample tea and coffee facilities, which made us feel right at home. having a designated area for walking our dog was a significant advantage for us. I found the heating in the room a bit inconsistent, which could be improved.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, luggage storage, and flat-screen TV. The staff helped me with early check-in on my first stay, and I appreciate their kindness. Highly recommend it. I'll be back next year!
